[[Customer / Service]]
Customer.Well... being in the customer service line can be rather exciting cos u tend to meet all sorts of people. the good, evil and ugly customers.
meet the good, count urself a lucky ass. Rejoice! And once in a while, u may even receive compliments from them. So pls remember to smile when u get one!
meet the evil, they whine and grind u till they get all the freebies in the world. if not, they complain that ur service sucked and they wish for discounts. blah... but good thing is that, once u stuff goodies to shut the customer's trap, they will stop their nagging. most nasty customers come into this category.
meet the ugly, the worst customer of all. They are the real nicky picky ones, but luckily they only appear once in a blue moon to suck ur blood. Yup, these blood suckers complain and complain cos they find the service not up to their standards; they complain cos they did not get the freebies stated (but dun they understand wat's
while stocks last?!) ; they argued for discounts; they want this and want that. blah blah... They simply suck ur blood DRY by wanting everything! So, pls be prepared to be screwed by them cos they will complain till u'r out of ur job. Yeah at the end of it, customer's are always right. yes, blame it on ur luck if u meet this kinda customers.
But so far, I meet mostly the good and evil ones. so not too bad. Haa~
Well ultimately, I feel that we should always think in the shoes of the service provider... or at least TRY to be a better consumer next time ok! Yeah, I'm trying...
Service.Anyway in case u'r in the service line, be a good service provider too... always smile to ur customers even if the sky's falling down. always go to the arm's extend of helping ur customers to solve their problems if possible. be courteous. think in terms of the customer's shoes. and always remember SRJC's sch motto... Discere Servire= To learn to serve.
Either u'r a customer or providing service to ur customers, be nice to people. or else retribution will come ok. Yup, it takes both hands to clap so just always be nice! =)
